Experience that informs.
Advice that works.

Gaurav Karlupia is a Financial Times-qualified Non-Executive Director and senior governance, risk and assurance leader with 23+ years of experience across complex, multi-jurisdictional organisations.

Executive Profile

Gaurav spent 17 years with UK-listed Petrofac, progressing through senior leadership roles including Group Head of Investigations, Group Head of Audit and Group Head of Audit & Enterprise Risk.

He worked closely with Boards, Board Committees, C-suite executives and operating businesses across a global portfolio spanning more than 30 countries.

His experience spans governance, enterprise risk, assurance, investigations, project and operational risk, commercial and financial risk, business resilience and performance improvement.

A Practical Perspective

Gaurav has seen closely how weaknesses in governance, controls, risk management and accountability can translate into financial, operational, commercial and reputational consequences.

That experience shapes the way he advises organisations today: practical, independent and focused on helping leadership teams understand the underlying issue, make better decisions and implement improvements that can endure.

The emphasis is on strengthening governance and risk management without losing sight of business performance, commercial realities and organisational culture.
